Standard Concrete Slabs
Our slabs are typically poured at 4–6 inches thick, reinforced with #3 or #4 rebar on a 24-inch on-center grid (as specified per scope). Each pour is set over a properly compacted base with control joints spaced every 8–12 feet to manage cracking and ensure structural integrity. We design for proper drainage slope and use a minimum 4,000 PSI concrete mix for strength and durability. For added protection and long-term surface performance, we also offer a cure-and-seal application on all newly poured slabs.
